WEBSITE USAGE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
First Community Bank, N.A. AND THE USERS

1. Obtaining access to or use of this Site or any of the material contained in it constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.

2. First Community Bank, N.A. ("FCB") maintains this web site (the "Site") as a courtesy to those who may choose to access the Site ("User" or collectively, "Users"). The information presented herein is for informative purposes only. FCB is pleased to allow Users to visit the Site and download, copy, and/or link to various information, documents, and materials (collectively, the "Materials") from the Site for User’s personal, non-commercial use, without any right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works therefrom, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, and also subject to more specific restrictions that may apply to specific material within this Site.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10. This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any action to enforce this agreement or otherwise touching on or in any way related to this Site or the Materials shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas, United States of America.

General

11. FCB reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit, or discontinue the Site, any Materials, and these Terms and Conditions, in any respect. FCB shall have no obligation to take the needs of any user into consideration in connection therewith, and shall not be obligated to give any notice, prior or subsequent, of any such alteration, limitation, or discontinuation to any User at any time. Use of the Site or any of the Materials by User after any such change shall constitute User’s irrevocable acceptance of each such change.

12. FCB reserves the right to deny, in its sole discretion, access to any User of all or any portion of this Site and/or the Materials, without notice.

13. No waiver by FCB of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in a writing signed by its duly authorized representative.

Copyright Complaints

14. FCB respects the intellectual property rights of others, and asks its Users to do the same. FCB may, at its sole discretion, terminate the account of and/or deny account reinstatement to any User who infringes the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on or through this Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify FCB by providing FCB's copyright representative the following information:

(a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;

(b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work;

(c) identification of the URL or other specific location on the FCB site where the material that you claim is infringing is located;

(d) your full legal name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
